Hi, im new here.
I have been in a relationship with a man who has been married twice for just over 12 months. We worked together and had a bit of a whirlwind romance. I was in a bad place emotionally, financially etc. He helped me and i moved into his place. We both have kids.
Now, early in the relationship he told me that he and his ex wife (the 2nd one who had his child) used to swing. It didnt sit well with me back then and through the 12 months it has kept popping into my head and i flip out. Last night, i was snooping (i know thats my own fault) and found pictures of him with other swingers. It grossed me out and i dont know what to do. I know i was wrong for snooping and it is his past but im sick to my stomach. My kids live in the house where the pictures where taken. I just need to talk.

Why were you snooping?

Justme321 · 03/10/2017 10:21

To be honest, maybe im looking for something to call it quits. Also, i feel that the more i know the less of a fool i look.

I'd say you've rushed into things and you're now realising you're incompatible. He's been honest about his past and done nothing wrong.

He did consenting stuff with his ex in his home. That doesn't effect your dcs living there now, so dont see how that's relevant.

Justme321 · 03/10/2017 10:36

I know it just dosent sit well with me. Im gutted.

I overthink everything and thats why i dont like thae thought of my kids in that room. I know silly but its what i feel.

Then you'll need to find somewhere else to live. He can't, and shouldn't need to, change his past. You're entitled to your view, but it isn't fair on him to judge him for something he can't change.

Why did you move in so quickly? That was a massive risk to take with dcs.

Justme321 · 03/10/2017 10:54

We are supposed to be moving in 2 weeks. I moved in quickly because i was in a one bed flat with my daughter and dog and my son had moved to his dads.
I undetstand he cant change his past. Im just sttuggling to accept It. i suppose i should have ended it early on.
