It all fell apart spectacularly last night, I ended up yelling at him that I didn't want to be married to him anymore, which I don't.. we were arguing until 5.30am this morning.

There's kind of an eerie calm in the house today, I feel faintly nauseous, i'm anxious about the future.

I'll be moving me and the kids out to my moms, he's emotionally abusive and has no-where else to go, so it makes sense for us to be the ones to move out.

No idea what to do from there.

Are you completely sure that you want to move out, op? What's the situation with the house? Could you just hold on in the house until you've seen a solicitor and had some legal advice? (Not if it's dangerous, of course).

Don't panic and stay strong. Flowers

its his house, he owned it when I met him, I don't want it or anything to do with it.

family tell me I ought to register an interest in case he sells it, which I might do, but at this point, I just want rid of him.
