Comforting reading for anyone going through a break up

I can't believe that I will ever feel better, but apparently I will Confused. Don't believe it myself but the article is very good and talks about what it is like to recover a single identity after a break up, which is always traumatic.

Thank you for posting this terriblemistake.
A year on I'm starting to feel a little bit better and (just occasionally!) feel what I think is a flutter of excitement about being myself. I know it's difficult to believe but you'll get there.

Thanks for this - a nice article and great that it was about the end of long relationships. I'm 9 months on and just went through a week of bitterness which was very painful. On good days I know everything the article is telling us, that we had to end and I was too blame as well - but it's not the end of me. It's a tough road........love to everyone going through this.
