How/When do I tell him it's over?

I posted earlier (see thread "Is this Normal") and got replies that have helped me clarify my thinking. So what do I do now? Solicitor? Or do I tell him and if I do how and when?
Please help and thank you

I would meet with a solicitor and gather all the information you can about your financials. I would also open a separate bank account and move your money so he can't touch it. As for telling him, just try to do it when the kids aren't around. Tell him plainly and not in a way that leaves it open for discussion. Make sure he knows your mind is made up.
