Rape investigation - does anyone know what's involved?

I'm really worried that I will be made out to look like I'm 'bad' somehow. Or will the defence only try to discredit me in the unlikely event that it actually gets to court?

I'm waiting for the police to take my phone and I'm worried that the messages on there will be used against me. To the point that I think I will be made to look so stupid that I should just forget it....
