I started chatting to this really nice man on a dating site last week. He said all the right things and I was really hopeful that I'd found someone at last! No such luck...
He's been saying some quite strange things like how we are going to be a blended family (we both have 2 children) and he made a comment about me being his partner, new man and lover! Did I want to get married?
At that point I said hang on a minute we haven't even met yet!
He keep sending me really cringy messages and it's giving me the creeps tbh. I'm pleased he doesn't know where I live!
I've managed to ignore him for the last couple of days, but I must tell him that he's coming over a bit desparate. What can I say? Any ideas?

Exactly what you have posted on here.. tell him. Then block him

You might want to rethink this statement: "I started chatting to this really nice man" and maybe replace it with:

"I started chatting to this really STRANGE man".
