How the hell do I block a number on Samsung phone??

I only know how to block a number after they have rung you once.
Press Phone or dialer button
Call log.
Tap dodgy number
Tap more (top right on my phone)
Block number should be an option

Done. Tried seven ways from Sunday to find the "bit" that says block. Obviously I didn't go down that route!
Will have a peaceful night now!
