I am F88ked off trying to deal with this organisation to get my case resolved -
I have just had my annual review letter and spoken to them - it seems they do not tie up the ongoing file before deciding what the new annual amount will be - i have told them they have all the information they need to assess income etc which they have confirmed and hopefully they will do this soon

Can anyone post the steps I need to go through to try and get this sorted once and for all - it seems a face to face meeting is perhaps the only way!

Have you asked for a mandatory reconsideration?

The Annual Review is a fully automated process therefore it doesn't know there are outstanding changes to be done. Any changes prior to Annual Review will be backdated to the effective date, depending what you have reported will determine the effective date ie a decrease in income would be the date you reported this and an increase would be the date the change happened.

CMS don't do face to face meetings but if you are not getting the service you expect then speak with your local MP to discuss on your behalf
