Who has been through the criminal process over coercive control?

I'm in a horrible situation and frankly I'm afraid that in the greater scheme of things it is trivial.

I have been asked to make a video statement. This was some time ago. My husband has made false allegations against me so I have had to engage a solicitor.

WA are being effing useless because I live on the borders between 2 counties.

I think my husband is behaving irrationally.

What do I do?

Do you have any more details? What has happened?

My experience of the legal system was that coercive control was not recognised or believed by the courts.

My 12 year old daughter attacked me in the supermarket. My husband yelled at me when we got home, condoning her behaviour. A few days later he had me arrested for 'punching' him. Then he went to a solicitor to get me out of the house within a week because I kicked him (untrue). His behaviour since then has been really odd and unstable. He has been hiding keys from me, threatening my family, and just plain strange.

It has been a drip drip drip of horrible behaviour for years. I am still waiting to make a video statement then I have no idea what will happen.
