Group of friends on a night out discussing upcoming wedding of friend (we'll call him Bob) to his long term gf. Bob is unsure and group agrees that Bob is a different with gf around... minding what is said, has to give lots of attention to gf. After many more drinks there's questions like "who would you rather sleep with, Bobs gf or married friends wife?" Single friend says neither 'cause they're taken, married friend says obviously my wife, Bob refuses to answer and changes subject. Should I tell my friend that he needs to be sure before he marries her, or ignore lads banter and let him get on with it?

Bob should be applauded for not involving his fiancé in a ridiculous game of 'who would you rather fuck'.

MadMags · 14/08/2017 00:15

Wow. Classy bunch.

Maybe he's a bit more mature than those asking the ridiculous question. Be a pretty shit married man who didn't choose his wife in that circumstance, BTW, and pretty shitty 'friends' to ask the question in the first place.

That was an utterly gross converation and should not have happened. It is insulting and sexually objectifying to both Bob's girlfriend and the other friend's wife. They are not mere receptacles of male sexual attention. They are women with personalities and jobs and friends and interests and intelligence and feelings.

Bob refuses to answer and changes the subject because he's not a misogynistic neanderthal dick.

Bobs a grown man which is more than can be said for rest of you leave him to it. He knows he has choices and has presumably chosen to get married soon.

Bob sounds like a grown up compared the the immature fuckwits he was out with trying to bait him.
