Not sure where to start here! Long time lurker... which has been a life saver.. exh is still being a dick after 15 years. He owes me money from divorce agreement and has sent me just short of £700 so not worth me taking him to court... feeling taken advantage of as I have been more than reasonable over the years.. sorry need to vent or a hand hold really

Hello, I don't have much I can say to help but I'm listening if you need to vent

Can you afford to let the £700 go? If you can at all, I would, just to rid of him. Do you have any other ties to him?

He's sent you nearly £700 or most of the money less £700?

Can you afford to let it go?

15 years and you're nearly free, hold onto that Flowers

Altria just short of what he owes me! But that's not the point.. after 15 years he is still trying to control me 😧 it's not about the money

It sounds like his way of trying to stay relevant and forefront in your doings. In this case, would ignoring that it's short and seeming totally unaffected be the best revenge?

user1488545772 · 01/08/2017 22:43

Everything has been amicable over the last 15 years because he has had his own way! Now I am questioning him he has gotten nasty! Thanks to Mumsnet I have just realised that I was in an abusive relationship for 25 years
