Anyone feel like this?
I've been wanting to post in here for a while but never been able to find the right words. Trying to work through a lot of issues. But tonight I just want to leave to take a breath, just get out for a while. But I can't, so I'm just sitting in my room; angry and upset.

Why have you nowhere to go OP? Do you have kids in the house you need to look after?
Your post is a bit vague to offer any help. Whats got you angry and upset?

Sorry I know it's been rather vague I can't seem to get any thoughts out of my head and down here without deleting them again!
Just need space, I've got the kids here but their dads still here. I'm disabled so I can't just go out for a walk which I would love to be able to do right now, think I'm just getting myself more and more in a state!

Another silly arguement but the tension is unbearable and I hate it being like this. There's a lot of bigger stuff that just seems to be swept under the carpet for a while then it all blows up.

I see a psychologist and she was asking about my relationship with dh this week, a lot of things I just put up with or allow to happen basically no care for myself anymore and she seemed really concerned for me. I guess talking that through and then him snapping and arguing today has been a bit much.
