After fleeing abuse, and fighting everyday against the ongoing abuse allowed via the family courts, Today the police removed my son against his wishes, after convicted violent criminal father was granted a residency order with power of arrest of mother attached. I need help and don't know what to do next, who to talk to, what I'm allowed to say to who or where to ask for help. There is 100% an error occurred and I have full details to disclose to who ever will listen and help. Please help.

Don't scaremonger! It might have happened to you, but let's face it, there's 2 sides to every story and one hell of a lot of professionals have made the choice to remove your son from your care.... yet they are all- completely wrong?

I have been through the family courts myself. It's not easy. But for anyone about to go through this who may be reading, please be assured.... the courts have no interest in removing kids without a GOOD reason

The decision was made by 2 people. Cafcass and judge. A hell of a lot of people are against this. Please don't tell me the facts. Again I stress if this resonates with you, all advice please share. If you haven't been in an abusive situation like this where the abuser has used the system against you, please don't believe you can understand nor comprehend what has happened. I shall confirm, a residency change has been made due to the child and mother raising concern of harm. I know there are others, let use our voice to help & support.

If you want us to believe you and help you, please try and answer some of the questions people are asking. To start with, did you have lawyers?
