When do i say it?

My partner and I have been dating for a year now......we are very affectionate to each other , have a very healthy sex life and have loads of fun together.....I have fallen for him big time.......we both previously had been in very difficult relationships and I think we both find each other a breath of fresh air......the thing is ...and this might sound very trivial!.....neither of us have dropped the L bomb!.....ie said ." I love u"....I'm scared of saying it incase he runs a mile and I would say he probably thinks the same.......should I say it or just continue on as things are ?

I think after a year it would be really odd if a man ran a mile because you said you loved him.

Speaking as a man, not all of us are afraid of the L word, some of us actually like hearing it.

Around a year is probably the right sort of time. I don't think men feel it much sooner than that & probably wouldn't say it first
