List of red flags for friend with abusive ex please

My friend is trying to get out of relationship with abusive ex who she shares a child with , she has met someone new but is having trouble identifying red flags etc

Going into a new relationship when you're still getting out of an abusive relationship - red flag right there.

She needs to take time out, do the Freedom Programme, read books so she understands the signs for herself.

Your friend needs to spend some time on her own rather than embark on another relationship as a potential rebound. She needs to enrol on the Freedom Programme course run by Womens Aid because her boundaries are still skewed. If she can do this in person so much the better.

Sorry completely fucked my grammar above , meant that he is an ex but he is still trying to emotionally abuse her via manipulation etc since they have a young child together. They are split up since December. New man is very recent so no cheating there. Ex did cheat on her though multiple times.
