I wondered if there might be some interest in a general thread. Ex and I separated a few months ago, I'm very concerned about Brexit and how it will affect my status (sahp). Struggling financially and my HB has been cut just recently due to the cap. I can't go home obviously but also have no one to rely on. I find it incredibly isolating. How are you getting on?

I'm in a similar boat... not worried about Brexit as have a passport now, but find life here really socially isolated. It seems that just as I make a good friend they move away. DD doesn't stay with her Dad much so 13 nights a fortnight I'm at home alone with her sleeping upstairs... Most of my friends are Mum friends so they can't leave their kids in the evenings either! It's hard.
