Agreeing contact at court

Ex refuses to agree holiday contact dates in advance and returns DD whenever he feels like. (All control related to stop me making plans)

There's a court order in place which he ignores so I'm going back for an enforcement order.

Does anyone have experience of returning to court to agree specific dates?
