Hi

Stbex making a drunken nuisance of himself. Separated over a year (have legal agreement) but he only moved out last month. I can stay in house for 3 years until youngest 16 and then we can sell.

After last nights incident I have asked for door key back. Can I legally make him as the house still in joint names? He is ignoring me.

He needs on/off access to the shed but this can easily be arranged when me or kids are in.

Thanks.
