From soft boys to F-boys ...

Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

That both women sound insane? Sure.

Main writer sounds like an alcoholic if she is rejected by a man, and a tad too clingy, kind of no wonder the men run away.

The other one she mentions, Kristan, rang a man repeatedly because she saw him out when he was "sick". They were only hooking up as she puts it and weren't serious. Again comes across as needy and insane.

If I was a man and either of them came at me, I'd run away too. To be honest I wouldn't want to be friends with them either as a woman they sound hard work.

Maybe there was more of a point to it, I got bored reading the article and skim read a bit.

I'm thinking they both sound like they're in the batshit envelope

Ha I did like the soft boy bingo card! Actually I get where she's coming from. Dating is a fucking nightmare these days, have a read of the dating thread if you want to see what it's like out there...

Hi Destinysdaughter yeah I liked the soft boy card too, very clever! I don't think I've actually been out with one myself, but I recognise him from the Relationships board I must say.

Of course I don't agree with everything single thing she says. But loved the chutzpah and kernal of truth in the article, and I posted in case in might help others.

She sounds insane.

Well I think its written in that young female North American hyperbole perhaps, but I think there's also some wry humour and thoughtfulness in it. Calling her batshit and insane is a bit nasty IMO.

I think it's witty, OP!
