Wonder if anyone can give me some ideas?

I suffer with anxiety and this can cause me to not be the most sociable person. I had my dd 3 weeks and everyone I know has now gone back to work, leaving me completely alone.
I don't just want to be stuck in the house all the time as it isn't good for me or dd, but because of my anxiety it is sometimes hard for me to go places alone(depends how bad it is each day) plus it's not nice to always be alone. I don't have a huge group of friends and the ones I do have work full time. After I had my dd and was moved to the ward, I saw a women that I had met in the antenatal classes who just had her son. I ended up finding her on social media (completely by chance, I didn't purposly look) and we have had a few conversations but because I get anxious with new people im struggling with trying to keep the conversation going my end but thought this would be a good chance to make a new friend.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can talk about? Sorry for the long post but anything is helpful!

Ask her how her weekend was, if she has any holidays planned, how her son is, etc etc
