I'm in the process of rebuilding my relationship after a period of difficulties. Largely due to financial stress and mental health problems, my otherwise stable and loving relationship imploded. I moved out temporarily to get some headspace. He felt hurt and rejected. We stopped communicating. We finished. He went out drinking and tried to boost his ego chatting up women without success. I stated a case to fight for our relationship. Now we're in the early stages to repair.

I know it's not a major upset in the grand scheme but I'm looking for advice on the best way to heal a relationship after this type of disruption. Any advice welcome! Flowers
