Husband has left

I don't know what to do . I'm only 23 and have three kids under 6 . I have ME so my husband has always done a lot around the house and things like morning school run and sometimes afternoon . He's just told me tonight he's leaving me for his colleagues fiance . He's gone and isn't answering my calls or texts . I have no family or friends I don't have a job or qualifications I don't know how I'm going to manage now . I feel really pathetic

You are not pathetic.

Your husband is pathetic to leave you in such a state. A coward.

First things first. Can you ask a neighbour or any one you semi know to do the school run tomorrow.. or just keep them home for the day till you can figure something out?;

Your going to be in shock so try and drink something sweet and eat even just a little.
