Does anyone have any information from a reliable source about the signs of control/emotional abuse?

I've googled but can only see articles from magazines. Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a sticky thread at the top of this board that is very good at explaining abuse. I speak from experience its insidious and if you think it is, there is a good chance it is EA.I am 5 days out of leaving a EA relationship, he's trying to win me back. Its hell. People will tell you to LTB, but it isn't that easy as its hard to explain and quite often its mixed with good times too.

This website helped me: outofthefog.website/

Do you think you are in a EA relationship?
