generally to things that will suit them?
i.e- sister trying to get me to see more of my mum ( who we see regularly every few weeks)so she doesn't feel she has to see more of her.

  • mil always going on about dd sleep patterns especially now that we have a wedding to go to in a few months so that dd can stay for as long as possible regardless of whether she's tired.

Oooh yes...when I was still pg told to get my hair cut short as babies pull at it. Check the room temperature before putting to bed and the best one, always check the bath water isn't too hot. From my parents.

Good job they warned me about the bath water..I often jump straight into a bath without checking the temperature myself.

constantly constantly constantly. Whenever ds isn't well mum says "keep an eye on him" really seriously. She must think I just dump him in his room all day and all night. On other issues she's always bloody right though

Not at all.....but I find it very annoying because I have nothing to moan about!

I probably do this to other people though!

constantly. but they mean well, so I don't mind (most of the times)

not really- DP and i are quite independent. since we rarely ask anyone for anything, i don't think they feel they have the right to poke their noses in.
