Depends how much you need and how quickly. Dog walking, babysitting, ironing, cleaning are all jobs that you can do and get money for quickly but don't pay particularly well, you also need to think about getting insurance.

Just minor amounts really - maybe 50 quid a week?

Where could I get started with dog walking, just advertise locally? Would I need insurance for that?

Temp reception work can be well paid. Cleaning, babysitting, asking around all possible contacts for any possible openings? Selling on eBay.

Dog walking is a massive responsibility and yes,myou do need insurance, transport, great organisation and much more. Not just a question of taking a few walks.
