Would you be? or is it a normal thing just like condoms.

Why should I be embarassed about my sex life - but I am

would the girl titter when I took it to the counter?

shall i include it in my tesco online shop instead?

LOL Jan, I really should watch my typos shouldn't I!

Well..............I braved Asda and bought the heat and the tingle version of it!

I made sure I went to the self service till but nearly SHIT when I scanned it and it said "Please wait for assistance.........." Nearly bolted out of the shop but it went through eventually.

Will report back in the morning

Lets have a vote

Which shall we try heat or tingle tonight?

think these are BOGOF in tesco

mumtogusnalbie · 26/02/2007 19:31

Just had to share my story on this thread. After having DS1 my H and I were using durex as birth control so went into boots and bought a large pack of ultra sensitive ones and a small pack of ribbed. Well I have always had a thing about big bleck (can I say that - I hope I haven't offended anyone) men - they make me go really weak at the knees and completely unecessary!! On the way out of Boots, the alarm went and everyone immediately looked at me. A big security guard came over and yes, you've guessed it, he was black!! He looked in my bag and said (in a really loud voice - or maybe it just seemed loud at the time) "oh its these - the security tag hasn't been removed"!! I'm not normally embarassed about these things but believe me I did go rather red then!! There was another time when I had gone to Tesco's before work one morning to buy a Canestan pessary. I had parked in the car park and noticed a particularly attractive black guy sitting in his car. I walked across the car park giving my best wiggle all the way. I had to wait about 5 minutes for the shop to open and guess who the pharmacist was to my horror?!! I really don't have much luck!!

mumtogusnalbie · 26/02/2007 19:31

oops - of course I meant "black" not "bleck"!

mustrunmore · 26/02/2007 19:44

Personally, I think if you can buy it in Boots, it cant be that embarrassing (this only applies to sexual things, not medicines!!)

HaggisSupper · 26/02/2007 19:45

I bought an extra large packet of the tingle/heat lubes thinking it was a packet of condoms. DH and I were slightly puzzled for a few moments.

It was better than the Ann Summer's version anyway. That nearly burnt my fanjo clean off.(so sorry, tmi)

PeckaRolloverAgain · 26/02/2007 22:07

I have a freshly shapen fanjo - is it likely to smart a little?

Do any of you lot seriously think that anyone who works in a supermarket/High Street store is remotely interested in, or gives a flying one, about what anyone who passes throught the checkouts actually purchases?

I'd can assure you, most of it passes by a blur of beeps and you'd be hard pressed to even remember what you scanned 30 seconds previously, if challenged.

I mean come on, how many times do you think these people have actually seen customers purchasing condoms and lube before? It's hardly a novelty, and far less something that they could be bothered to "titter" over I'd imagine.

Get over yourselves.

PeckaRolloverAgain · 26/02/2007 22:16

cheekiestchop? has something upset you/?

PeckaRolloverAgain · 28/02/2007 20:57

I think that we didnt use enough of the heat one - it had absolutely no effect

OP posts:
magicfarawaytree · 28/02/2007 21:09

heat does not work dh got some one bogof.

lou33 · 28/02/2007 21:12

personally i prefer the flavoured lube samples i get sent, but out of the two mentioned, then heat is better for me

saralou100 · 01/03/2007 13:02

you do realise you have to blow on the heat one to activate it... how can it not work.. i don't get it.. tht was the far superior of the 2!!!

PurpleLostPrincess · 03/03/2007 11:18

Well, I want to say a big thankyou for this thread! You prompted me to have a look on the 'Dulux' website (lol) and dh and I were fascinated. We did our big shop in Tesco's this week and got a 'play' (disposable cock ring) and some tingle. Well, I can honestly say they are amazing and we will now be buying the heat one too.

What was hilarious was dh's face when I called the helpline number on the bottle to find out if it was OK to use with oral sex (I'm not shy lol). The lady was lovely and went into what flavours they are etc. (heat it sweet and tingle is menthol btw).

Thank you again - you have helped us spice things up a bit and experiment together - amazing stuff!!!!

I encourage you to either buy some off the website if you're too shy or to go into Boots or Tesco's - it's great!
