I do this every day by email, normally get back either "I love you too", or occasionally a more suspicious, "why, what?" But I'll do it now to see what happens.

DH doesn't have a mobile phone. Can I text somebody else instead? Maybe I'll type in a random number and see who responds...

If he did have a phone his response would be soppy in the extreme. He's soft.

I like to send him wierd texts that confuse him whilst he's at work, my last one was just a load of lyrics from a random song and I sent him one this morning saying "you're the only oliver I've ever known...isnt it good to be alone somethimes?" he was so confused by it that he showed it to his mate who promptly ripped the piss out of him all day for it (Oliver is his pet name which he then had to explain to said mate) muppet.

Ok so i just spoke to DH and i reminded him to look at his phone... 10 mins later i get a reply "wicked"

I got "I love you too hot stuff", which is really nice as he claims he can't text on his phone cos its too difficult, and he's only sitting 3 desks away at work.
