"When Your Lover is a Liar" book - so far good read

Just thought I'd share, I just got this book "when your lover is a liar" by Susan Forward.

I wish I'd read this book a long time ago. I've not even finished it yet, and lots of things resonating - how to spot a liar, what types of lies, how they turn it back on you, and so far most especially the part about once you've caught the lie out, what to do for yourself and strategies to cope initially, etc.

What does it look like having that title on your shelf, though?!

Warning to potential assholes? Reminder to self not to put up with crap?

Better to have that book on the shelf than a liar in the house.

I have "Toxic Parents" by the same author on my shelf

My teenage son and I were looking up some books by Paul Ekman, an expert on lying. One is called something like "How to tell if your children are lying". Apparently my son would not be impressed if I bought it.

(If you know the series "Lie to Me", the main character is based on Paul Ekman. He's an actual scientist of lies.)
