Divorce

Hello does anyone.know the answer to this please?
I filed for divorce because my husband is a dirty lying pig.
He has realised there's no point defending it as he has not got a leg to stand on but he has refused to pay the court fee that I had to pay which is £550.
I don't care and would rather lose £550 ( I didn't involve a solicitor as I can't afford it) but does it now mean even though he has agreeed to the divirce that this will cause a problem because he refuses to pay the fee?
Can I just tell the court to forget getting the fee off him?
I've been googling all day but can't find the answer 😡

How are you conducting your divorce - online or by mail? Have you petitioned for divorce on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour?

Did you pay the £550 court fee at the time you filed your petition with the court and does the petition ask for costs to be awarded against the Respondent (your stbxh)?

Do you have dc and/or is there any equity in your marital home/other jointly held property or savings/investments/other assets that will be divided between you?
