New to board Spice up love life advice?

Ladies or men out there some advice or thoughts!

I've been with my hubby 27 yrs and we have a non existent lover life.

We both live each other dearly, but with a young teen at home who hears everything! , shift work, lack of energy leads to lack of desire x

My husband says it's routine and we're not spontaneous enough. It's hard when your timing's out of zinc .

So at 45 yrs and body not as firm as it once was I was thinking about purchasing some sexy underwear but on the other hand I don't think I'd be confident enough to wear it.

I'm not into sex toys at all.

Any ideas how to spice up our sex life?

Any men out there what do you think is sexy underwear out dated?

As a male Op, it's not the sexy underwear as you put it, that's the key, it's the confidence of the person wearing it.
My ex, used to love wearing stockings & suspenders as she felt more confident in them sexually, so obviously I didn't onject.
Ultimately though, the attitude of wanting sex & enjoying it confidently is far sexier than an expensive set of lingerie. Obviously I don't speak for all men.
