Hi. I always flr like the one shoes looking in from the outside of a group. I'm the one people approach when all there options are used up. The one who has no life so waiting round for others.

I often feel the same but have begun to realise that it's mostly all to do with my own insecurities.

Confident friends don't care if nobody phones them, they assume they're all busy and get on with organising something themselves. If they're not invited to something they assume it was an oversight and invite themselves.

Whereas I might worry about it, wonder what I've done wrong, assume everyone is out having fun without me, wouldn't dream of inviting myself to anything.
