he's just sent me another email asking if I'm doing all this to make him suffer. I've post a couple of thread about him going mad after the first sols letter and him trying to grab the phone off me.

I have reported him to the police. I've asked them not to take any action. My solicitor is slow in getting back. she mentioned an injunction although hshe thinks it will take agaes and not be til after xmas I have decided to move out and get a rental. I've emailed him and he's replied as above. He thinks i'm making him ill on purpose, he has mental health issues.

He is a wrkmaholic who thinks I'm having a cushy time working part time. Ha, do fuck off.

Called WA. she said i'll just have to tolerate it unless something else happens. She was sympatheic. Got a meeting with domestic advisers at CAB next week.

Family have been supportive but they're not close.

I've left loads out, not trying to drip feed. I've NC'd

Am viewing a rental property next week.

Why on earth ask the police to take no action?

And your solicitor is bring crap about the non mol. It won't take until after Christmas, she's just too busy to be bothered.

Bin the solicitor or tell them that you're not paying them to sit on their hands, so you want the order processed Monday. Just tell them.

Tell the police that you want them to take action.

You sound understandably worn down, but also passive.

You need to get assertive and take control.

Most of all, go no contact, don't read his emails. He's still engaging you and getting a reaction. That needs to stop.

WA said you've to tolerate it like hell

Ignore all emails
Get new lawyer
Tell police you want action
