For reasons I don't want to go into I have to stay in an abusive relationship just a little while longer - until I have everything sorted for me to make a safe exit.
I remember reading something here once about someone in similar circumstances with a narc P who received advice to be grey; uninteresting to her P so that he didn't get the response he wanted from her. I can't find the thread. Can anyone advise on how to do this?
It's a short term strategy to help me cope and avoid conflict until my plan is all in place. Thank you
