Earlier this year I was in a very dark place. I was struggling to keep so many plates up in the air. My DP was recovering from a MH issue, facing redundancy, dealing with a narcissistic sibling..... The list was endless.

I posted on here out of desperation and people listened, offered advice and sympathy. And I thank you all.

My DP has made huge steps in his recovery, I now see much more of the man I love rather than the PTSD. I have cut off the narc as much as possible and have control over that relationship. My job was safe but I have cut my hours and go to uni next week!
