Friends of mine gave up their ds for adoption when he was born.

He tracked them down when he was 19. They were all so happy.

He's moved in with them. It's been 3 years now.

There are lots of problems and unhappiness.

Is there a support group or some such source of help for these particular circumstances?

They're all in a difficult place and there's a lot of guilt and deep feelings of rejection making it impossible for them to move forward.

So he's 22 now. How long is he planning to live "at home"?

That is part of the problem. They need help.
