MONEY IN CHILDS ACCOUNT - COULD DH HAVE A CLAIM ON THIS???

DD has her own 2 x savings accounts with a fair bit in as we put money away for her...as she is only 12 I am the trustee ...if divorcing would my DH have a claim on this????

Are the accounts in DDs name?

I'm not sure if this makes a difference but I'm assuming it could if it was sort of a 2nd account in your name situation.

Surely your ex wouldn't be enough of a cunt to try to take from his own daughter though? Or then again he might be? I've read all sorts of shit on here before.
