I used it. I found the adviser I spoke to really helpful but they don't have that much time to talk. They ended up signposting me to local relate.

Due to the cost, I've ended up being referred by my GP...still awaiting my appointment. I think it's definitely worth a shot.

Not referred to relate but same service in nhs.
