My lovely DH clears his throat constantly and I mean constantly. I have counted not obsessed and it's at least 10 -15 times a minute. Sometimes to the extent that if we are watching a film I have to pause and rewind as we miss part of the story. When he does it it's very loud and incredibly annoying my tolerance is very low atm. Just needed to get that off my chest rather than kill him Grin

I’m so glad I’m not alone with this. I feel like I’m going crazy and when I bring it up I’m made but to be unfair and he can’t help it. I need to know how to cope path it as clearly it’s not going to ever stop

what did you do? I have a similar situation?

Glad I'm not alone. This constant throat clearing actually jangles every one of my nerve endings. Even in another room, I have to take steady breaths. My partner is aware it affects me and trys to stop by doing little hidden coughs, but he is so lovely in every way, I am trying to see the bigger picture. But it's hard!!!
