how to contact man I saw on internet dating but I don't want to join..

I just thought I would have a look on a free internet dating website and saw this man and thought oer!
I really don't want to have to register, Im not ready to go down that path yet, but would so like to contact him.
Due to his profile he was easy to track on FB, but if I contact him via there it looks a bit like I'm stalking him .
Don't know what to do but don't want to not do anything, he looks made for me! (He of course may not feel the same!!)
Any ideas please..? Im in my 50's and all this feels a bit odd to me

I would say, 'hey! I saw you on POF (or wherever) and I don't have much of a profile set up yet, so I thought if I contacted you on fb you could get a better sense of who's it is who's contacting you.

If it's a free site, just register. You don't have to put up a photo or if one is required use a photo of your dog or something .

Just do the minimum required of a profile and then email him with a short "this is me ,what I like and what I'm looking for email" but short.

You can just contact him and then if he's not interested just delete your profile.

That is WAY less weird than stalking him on FB. Or by any other method -which is.... yes .. stalking.

Why were you browsing through OLD profiles if you don't want to register? Seems odd.

Thanks, good idea about the minimum profile bit, didn't realise I could do that.
I never said I was looking at old profiles btw, just the free ones that you can before you join.
And definitely not into stalking so will leave that one!
