Me and my shadow

I have someone in dh's family who is way too intense with me, everything I say is agreed with, finishes my sentences, if I address anyone they answer or join in, if I sneeze they comment on my non existent cold, if I sigh I'm exhausted, I've lost weight (in, I really haven't). they follow me if I move into another room. It's stifling, I do like them but it's too much even my sister who doesn't notice anything has mentioned it.

What do I do?

See less of them. Busy yourself with other family members

More info needed.

Is the person younger than 8? Older than 80? Could it be a lady crush? Or special needs? Sleazy uncle?
