Really need support, I'm so sad for my children

I posted last night about my marriage in crisis, i'm really struggling. Dh slept in ds' room as ds was in our bed because of nightmares. It's all starting to dawn on me that it's over, I don't see any way back from this now.

Don't be sad for the DCs. Make a plan to normalise the situation to them and try and be as amicable as possible in getting rid. Make a plan and stick to it. Get legal advice ASAP. Once you have knowledge you will feel stronger anyway. Good luck.
