I'm in love with my best friend (stupid me)!. Hes just told me that he's trying for a baby with his gf and it's broke me more than I expected.

How do I get over this. I know it's stupid but I can't stop feeling upset.

To be honest, and you won't like this, I would completely avoid him for as long as humanly possible.

It must be torture being in love with him and having to hear how he loves someone else. I am sure you don't want to be hanging around waiting for him to notice you for the rest of your life. He probably won't - life isn't like the moves - and he is now going to be a dad.

I totally understand that you feel broken, who wouldn't? But you have to see that hanging around him is self harming.
