Ok so older lady, younger man, no ties but faithful to each other. Worked so far for 16 years. Would you continue or move on?

Not much info to go on in your OP, but I'd say that whatever the ages, after 16 years with no commitment or movement in your relationship maybe you need to shake things up a bit?

How can you seriously expect to get reasonable advice if you don't give a little more detail?

On what little we have been given I'd say that if both are happy with the situation, whether it's been 16 years or not, why change it?
But I suspect there's a monumental back story here to be drip fed....

I have just given up a relationship with a 22 year difference.

We both have kids, both LPs.

It was amazing but I don't see the next 10 years together frankly...

Are you the older lady or the younger man and why are you questioning what others would do in your situation when, from the very little you've said, the relationship appears to have worked for both of you for the past 16 years??
