Hi anyone else have to deal with a narrcissist?

Just a message I received, I'm sick at the moment and I got a text asking how's the vomiting . That's it really I know I maybe overthinking it but wouldn't anyone else say how are you feeling ?

It's hard I've no contact with my own mother and its mil I'm dealing with it . It's just one game after another with her . She has been nice recently so I'd say this is the beginning of her nasty phase . In staying well away from her .
