Whats the nicest/most romantic thing YOU have done for DH or DP?

Just read the thread about romantic gestures for the girls, lots were lovely and reminded me of what my husband and I did BC (before children!). Thought it might be nice to get some ideas and put a bit of romance back, and hopefully he will start too!!

Oh dear, not a lot I am ashamed to say I used to write him poems when we were first together.

Its our 1 year anniversary from 1st date on Friday. I won't be back from work till late. I'm going to leave treasure hunt style notes about the house. The first will say 'go to stereo, choose track 1' which will be Chicago's 'You're The Inspiration'. Then I'll send him to the fridge to open a bottle of vino, then send him to the oven whereupon an Indian Takeaway Menu will be hiding inside. If I was at home I'd cook for him. Its the thought that counts! I've already written a poem for him which I'll put in his lunchbag on Friday morning, yeah I know, cheese central or what? Hope he likes it.

I left him a note today in his lunch.....not your typical romantic note....it's a big graffiti style drawing of a penis, with 'big fat c**ks!' written under it. I know it'll make him pee himself laughing in the middle of a stressful day
