How to get over the love of your life leaving for someone else

Hi just wondered if anyone had any advice I'm 25 and had been with my ex 3 years he is not dad to my son but has raised him as he doesn't see his dad ...at the weekend he left me for an 18 year old which has broke me I feel like I have lost my best friend I just don't no what to do he came back yesterday for an hour gave me false hope and went again and has blocked me on everythin how do I move on from this I'm broken

You won't do it straight away.
It's not as simple as just 'getting over' things, it really isn't.
It will take time.
But... you will get there.
You need to carry on as normal for yourself and your DS.
You need to get as many friends and family to rally round as possible.
You need to get out and about as much as possible.
You need to look after yourself. Keep sugar levels up and keep yourself hydrated.
If it all gets too much then get yourself to your GP for some help.

You are young. It was 'only' 3 years. You have a whole lifetime ahead of you and it will get better.
You are certainly far better off without a lying, cheating scumbag as a partner!
