I had a post on this board that I had deleted . Someone posted who had had a similar experience called something like sarahlou75. I can't find her and I would like to pm her (I don't actually know how to pm on this site).
For those of you who were worried, I actioned stuff as it was the right thing to do but I think I'm am living a nightmare right now.
I don't really want to discuss what was on the thread. Thanks to all who contributed
