Can't get over thinking he's cheating

Dh meant to finish 2am text at 2.30 says still at work..... I'm besides myself I just keep thinking he's cheating. But I can't go around just accusing him for no reason. I really need help

Well no, that alone is not a reason to think someone is cheating unless there is a backstory.

He says he's never cheated before but in his last job used to come in 4 hours after shift ended sometimes also had deleted texts to a female work colleague. In the past he's messaged other women and deleted messages so no idea what content has been. I'm unsure. I just guess I don't trust him

This is probably not something that will improve while you stay in this relationship. Is this man really worth this? All this anguish?

Why don't you sit him down & confront him if it's causing you that must anguish? I must admit, if I was challenged on this, I'd laugh it off as I'm not doing anything wrong & so should he. People normally only react badly or get the hump because they've been rumbled

Yeah I agree. Why don't have a sincere talk with your husband? So you will stop being paranoid about the situation, whether its true or not.
