Is my Girlfriend suffering with depression?

Hi All
I added a post a week or so ago, about my pregnant partner. Long story short she suddenly announced she didn't love me and was interested in someone else.
Alot and nothing all at once has happened since then.
She originally said it was over with no chance of her ever reconsidering and not wanting to try in anyway. This has now changed to 'I need time to figure out what I want". First, I want to be clear that I know she needs to be happy. We've been together 8 years and I didn't see this coming. It's out first baby which she wanted to try for and we'd just moved to a new house. At Christmas she told a friend's partner that she loved me so much and that she was excited about trying for a baby (which was her choice).
I want to be there to help. But I just wanted to know if anyone had felt similarly during their pregnancy, and if so what I need to do to let her be happy and also ensure she knows I am here for her.
She is my world and I want to make sure I don't miss the opportunity to help her and if that includes being back with me then that would be amazing.

I think she is using you as a backup if the other guy she's interested in doesn't feel the same way.

She keeping you dangling.

Don't let someone be your everything if you're just an option to them.

I guess she is keeping me dangling, but she has never been a cruel person. She met up with he person and stayed with him 4/days after breaking up with me, but I guess since that point and with another week passing, she has started to rethink everything. I want to be a great dad and I want to be there to help her. I am conscious of antenatal depression and am worried we'll end up in a position neither of us wanted to be in.
