I can't do this at all, I can't live day in day out worrying about what he's up to and making myself feel absolutely horrid compared to the others he so sexually admires. What do I do,? I don't think I've seen your other post so forgive me but can you give him an ultimatum? If there is abuse can you go you Woman's Aid or National Domestic Abuse society?

Either way you'll need help. Doing this in isolation is far too hard and not helpful. Do you have friends/family?
